What are the payment options?

We accept card payments. Includes Visa card, master card, debit cards. There maybe surcharge to some card please read before purchase.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Sum Skin products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging. For returns, contact our customer service team at sumskinofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are your products pregnancy safe?

We are a natural skincare brand and have low percentage of acid for daily use. Please consult your medical doctor before use if unsure.

Can I do click and collect to avoid shipping?

No unfortunately not at the moment. We will look into offering click and collect in the future.
